What to do after survey scam gets my contact info? PLEASE HELP. 10 pts.?

ok so on facebook, there was this Costco giftcard with $100 or $1000 . i never do this, but i was STUPID enough to try it. and it said, ” ok to keep going on, fill out one of three surveys” and they surveys were $25 to tim hortons, win a free ipad, or free vacation to cancun. so i dont know why i fell for it, but i did it. then it said, to win your ipad, fill in your information. email, name, address, phone number (i put in my home phone)
sooo i figured it was a scam, so i went on my email,and unsubscribed from them, right away. but im sooo scared! i dont know why i fell for this. im soo mad at myself!! what should i do now? will they haunt my phone number, and my address and all??
PLEASE HELP. im actually sooo scared right now!!
